Distributions From Available Funds. On each Distribution Date (or, in the case of payments to the Swap Provider, the related Swap Payment Date) and after making any withdrawals from the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.03(a), including in respect of the Credit Risk Manager Fee for such Distribution Date, the Securities Administrator, as Paying Agent, shall withdraw funds on deposit in the Distribution Account to the extent of Available Funds for each Loan Group for such Distribution Date and, based on the Distribution Date Statement, make the following disbursements and transfers as set forth below:
