Common use of Distribution Participation Date Clause in Contracts

Distribution Participation Date. The “Distribution Participation Date” for each LTIP Units will be either (i) with respect to LTIP Units granted pursuant to the General Partner’s 2005 Long-Term Outperformance Program (the “2005 Outperformance Program”), the applicable Valuation Date (as defined in the Vesting Agreement of each Person granted LTIP Units under the 2005 Outperformance Program) or (ii) with respect to other LTIP Units, such date as may be specified in the Vesting Agreement or other documentation pursuant to which such LTIP Units are issued.

Distribution Participation Date. The “Distribution Participation Date” for each LTIP Units Unit will be either (i) with respect to LTIP Units granted pursuant to the General Partner’s 2005 2012 Long-Term Outperformance Program Plan (the “2005 2012 Outperformance ProgramPlan”), the applicable Valuation Date (as defined in the Vesting Agreement of each Person granted LTIP Units under the 2005 2012 Outperformance ProgramPlan) or (ii) with respect to other LTIP Units, such date as may be specified in the Vesting Agreement or other documentation pursuant to which such LTIP Units are issued.
