Distribution of Net Proceeds from Works. Subject to the provisions of this article, the net proceeds from works shall be allocated between the unit member or unit member’s heirs, successors or assigns and the University in accordance with the schedule in effect at the time of disclosure or pursuant to a written agreement negotiated between the unit member and the president or designee prior to start of work.
