Distribution lines Clause Samples
The 'Distribution lines' clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of utility distribution lines, such as those for electricity, water, or telecommunications, within a specified area or property. This clause typically outlines which party is responsible for constructing and maintaining these lines, sets standards for their placement and safety, and may address access rights for repairs or upgrades. Its core practical function is to ensure clear allocation of duties and minimize disputes regarding the management and upkeep of essential service infrastructure.
