Common use of Distribution Generally Clause in Contracts

Distribution Generally. At any time after the Separation Date, if ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, in its sole and absolute discretion, advises HBI that ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ intends to pursue the Distribution, HBI agrees to take all actions requested by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ to facilitate a Distribution.
