Distribution Date Statement. Unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Administrator or the Majority Owners, with each Distribution to an Owner pursuant to Section 5.02, the Trustee shall deliver a “Distribution Date Statement” setting forth, for the period since the preceding Distribution Date (or in the case of the initial Distribution Date, since the formation of the Trust): (a) Income and proceeds received by the Trustee with respect to the Trust Property (other than Recoveries); (b) Amounts paid to the Trustee and the Resident Trustee; (c) Amounts paid to any Person pursuant to a Trust Related Agreement; and (d) Amounts paid for other expenses of the Trust.
