Distribution Date Statement. On each Distribution Date, the Securities Administrator shall prepare a statement as to such distribution (the “Distribution Statement”), based substantially on information provided by the Servicers in the related Remittance Reports, and on each Distribution Date, such statement will be made available at a website located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/sfr to the Depositor and each Certificateholder, setting forth:
Distribution Date Statement. With each distribution to an Owner pursuant to Section 7.06, the Owner Trustee shall deliver a Distribution Date Statement setting forth, for the period since the preceding Distribution Date:
Distribution Date Statement. No later than 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on each Servicer Report Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Administrative/Collateral Agent and the Backup Servicer a Distribution Date Statement executed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer. The parties hereto acknowledge that the basis for calculating Yield on the Advances may change between the date the Servicer delivers a Distribution Date Statement and the related Distribution Date and that the amount the Servicer sets forth in a Distribution Date Statement as Yield accrued on the Advances as of the related Distribution Date is its good faith estimate of such Yield; in the event of any change in calculating Yield during such period of time, the parties agree to use reasonable efforts to revise the Distribution Date Statement on or prior to such Distribution Date to reflect such changes, provided that if such revisions are not made by such time, then appropriate corrections shall be made on the next Distribution Date.
Distribution Date Statement. (a) The Master Servicer shall, not later than each Distribution Date, furnish in writing to the Seller and the Buyer a statement setting forth the following information with respect to the Accumulation Pool and each Securitized Loan Pool:

Unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Administrator or the Majority Owners, with each Distribution to an Owner pursuant to Section 5.02, the Trustee shall deliver a “Distribution Date Statement” setting forth, for the period since the preceding Distribution Date (or in the case of the initial Distribution Date, since the formation of the Trust):
Distribution Date Statement. The calculations set forth in the Distribution Date Statement to be delivered for April, 2003 shall be determined after giving effect to the amendments set forth in this Amendment.
Distribution Date Statement. No later than 1:00 p.m., Menlo Park, California time, on each Collateral Manager Report Date, the Collateral Manager shall deliver to the Facility Agent, the Paying Agent and the Backup Collateral Manager a Distribution Date Statement executed by a Responsible Officer of the Collateral Manager, including information on delinquencies and extensions of Transferred Contracts.
Distribution Date Statement. Not later than the second Business Day preceding a Distribution Date, the Trustee shall render to the Depositor an accounting which it shall make available to all Certificateholders. The Distribution Date Statement shall contain the following information with respect to the Mortgage Assets:

Within two Business Days after each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall send to each Certificateholder a copy of a monthly report prepared by the Administrator in the form of Exhibit C by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the address of such Certificateholder that is indicated in the Certificate Register.
