Common use of Distribution Control Clause in Contracts

Distribution Control. Footage Firm has sole discretion to establish price schedules applicable to resale and distribution of the Content to Members and Enterprise Customers, if applicable, and the manner in which it distributes the Content. We may change the pricing at any time with or without notice to you. Nothing in this Agreement requires us to offer, make available, offer for sale or sell the Content in any way. Footage Firm makes no guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or at all. Pricing schedules for sales to Members and Enterprise Sales may be established separately.
