Common use of Distribution Contract Clause in Contracts

Distribution Contract. The Trust may from time to time enter into a distribution contract with another Person (the “Distributor”) providing for the sale of Shares or other securities of the Trust, pursuant to which the Trust may agree to sell Shares of one or more Series or Class (or other securities of the Trust) to the Distributor or appoint the Distributor its sales agent for the Shares (or other securities). Such contract may provide that the Distributor may enter into contracts with other persons to sell the Shares (or other securities of the Trust) on behalf of the Distributor and the Trust. Such contract may also provide for the repurchase of Shares (or other securities of the Trust) by the Distributor as agent of the Trust and shall contain such terms and conditions, if any, as may be prescribed in the By-Laws and such further terms and conditions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article IV or of the By-Laws as the Trustees may in their discretion determine.
