Delegation of Power to Other Trustees. Subject to the provisions of the 1940 Act, any Trustee may, by power of attorney, delegate his power for a period not exceeding six (6) months at any one time to any other Trustee or Trustees; provided that in no case shall less than two (2) Trustees personally exercise the powers granted to the Trustees under the Declaration except as herein otherwise expressly provided.

  • Duties of Administrator Subject to the policies and direction of the Trust’s Board of Trustees (“Trustees”), the Administrator shall provide, or cause to be furnished by others, the fund accounting, administrative, and other services reasonably necessary for the operation of the Trust and Fund as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Administrator shall exercise reasonable customary care in the performance of its duties under this Agreement.

  • Duties of Trustees (a) The Trustee, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and after the curing of all Events of Default which may have occurred, undertakes to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth in this Agreement.
