Distribution by Administrative Agent. 8.5.1 Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, or unless payment is made to the Administrative Agent for its own account, each payment received by the Administrative Agent under this Agreement is received by the Agent on account of the Lender. 8.5.2 The Administrative Agent must within two (2) Business Days of receipt distribute in same day funds amounts received on account of the Lender to the Lender.
