Publication requirements: to ensure a broad discussion of the dissertation results at international and republican scientific and practical conferences; have at least three scientific articles (including one of them abroad), reflecting the main results of the thesis, published in scientific journals defined by the Higher Attestation Commission. Defence: internal informal (workplace) defence public defence requirements related with opponents selection of opponents defence committee (composition and nomination) Internal informal (workplace) defence will be at partner institution. Public defence will be at lead institution. Opponents will be choosen among leading professionals and professors in this field in Uzbekistan.
