Dissatisfaction Process Sample Clauses
The Dissatisfaction Process clause outlines the steps that parties must follow if one party is unhappy with the performance, deliverables, or outcomes under an agreement. Typically, this clause requires the dissatisfied party to formally notify the other party of their concerns and may set out a timeline for response or remediation. For example, it might specify that the service provider has a set number of days to address the issue or propose a solution. The core function of this clause is to provide a structured mechanism for resolving disputes or concerns before they escalate, promoting communication and potentially avoiding more serious conflicts or contract termination.
