Common use of Disqualified Bonds Clause in Contracts

Disqualified Bonds. Bonds owned or held by or for the account of the Authority or the City shall not be deemed Outstanding for the purpose of any consent or other action or any calculation of Outstanding Bonds provided in this Article, and shall not be entitled to consent to or take any other action provided in this Article; provided, however, that the Trustee shall not be deemed to have knowledge that any Bond is owned or held by or for the account of the Authority or the City unless the Authority or the City is the registered Owner or the Trustee has received written notice that any other registered Owner is holding for the account of the Authority or City.
