Common use of Disputed Claims Clause in Contracts

Disputed Claims. If the Indemnifying Party shall notify the Indemnified Party during the Notice Period that it disputes any claim under Section 6.3 (the "Disputed Claim"), the Disputed Claim shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures provided in Section 8.12.
