Common use of Dispositions of Proposals Clause in Contracts

Dispositions of Proposals. All materials submitted in response to this IFB will become the property of the District. All proposals, evaluation shall be available for public inspection at the conclusion of the process and announcement of intent to award. If an individual requests copies of these documents, the District will assess a fee to cover duplicating costs. Documents may be returned only at the District’s option and at the bidder’s expense.
