Dispositions Not Authorized. The Grantor is not authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral except as set forth in Section 4.1(d) and notwithstanding any course of dealing between the Grantor and the Lender or other conduct of the Lender, no authorization to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral (except as set forth in Section 4.1(d)) shall be binding upon the Lender or the other Secured Parties unless such authorization is in writing signed by the Lender.
