Disposition of Unexpended Funds. Any funds remaining in the Rebate Fund with respect to the Bonds and each series of Parity Bonds after payment in full of such issue and after making the payments required to comply with this Section 3.7 and the applicable Tax Certificate for such issue may be withdrawn by the Trustee at the written direction of the District and utilized in any manner by the District.
