Disposition of Stock. The Employee acknowledges that the “incentive stock option” rules set forth in Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, will not be applicable to any Stock issued to the Employee pursuant to this Agreement if such Stock is disposed of either within two (2) years of the Date of Grant or within one (1) year of the issuance of such Stock to the Employee. The Employee shall give the Corporation prompt notice of a Disqualifying Disposition.
