The Company and the Union may institute additional dispatch rules or procedures that are mutually agreed upon. Such additional dispatch rules or procedures must be in writing and signed by the parties. In the event of any dispute concerning such agreed upon rules and procedures, the additional dispatch rules or procedures shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
