DispatchandScheduling Sample Clauses
The Dispatch and Scheduling clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for coordinating the timing and delivery of goods or services under a contract. It typically outlines how parties will communicate delivery schedules, manage changes to dispatch times, and handle any logistical requirements for successful fulfillment. For example, it may specify advance notice periods for shipments or designate which party is responsible for arranging transportation. This clause ensures that both parties are aligned on timing and logistics, reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings in the delivery process.
