Common use of Dispatch Down/Curtailment Clause in Contracts

Dispatch Down/Curtailment. Seller agrees to reduce the amount of Delivered Energy produced by the Facility, by the amount and for the period set forth in any Curtailment Order, provided that Seller is not required to reduce such amount to the extent such Curtailment Order or notice is inconsistent with the limitations of the Facility.

Dispatch Down/Curtailment. (a) General. Seller agrees to reduce the amount of Delivered Facility Energy produced by the FacilityFacility and delivered to the Delivery Point, by the amount and for the period set forth in any Curtailment Order, Buyer Curtailment Order, or notice received from CAISO in respect of a Buyer Bid Curtailment, provided that Seller is not required to reduce such amount pursuant to a Buyer Curtailment Order to the extent such Curtailment Order or notice it is inconsistent with the limitations of the FacilityFacility set out in the Operating Restrictions.
