Dispatch Control Clause Samples
The Dispatch Control clause establishes the authority and procedures for managing the scheduling and routing of goods or services. Typically, it designates which party is responsible for determining when and how shipments are dispatched, and may outline requirements for notice, documentation, or coordination with carriers. This clause ensures that the flow of goods is organized and predictable, reducing the risk of delays, miscommunication, or logistical errors in the delivery process.
Dispatch Control. Hours of work will be eight (8) hour shifts Monday to Sunday. Hours of operation from Monday to Friday shall be 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A shift differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall apply for regular hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. inclusive from Monday to Friday and all regular hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. A shift differential will be paid in addition to the regular rates only and will not apply when premium rates are paid, except for a normal paid holiday shift. All time worked after the completion of a regularly scheduled shift shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate. Control Dispatcher rate of pay will be in accordance to classification HC of Schedule ‘A’ of the Craft Collective Agreement.
Dispatch Control. Company may require Seller, by telephonic communication or through use of the electronic controls or other commercially reasonable means agreed upon by the Parties, to curtail the delivery of Energy to Company from the Facility, for any reason and in Company’s sole discretion. Seller shall promptly comply with each such notification.
