Dispatch and Scheduling. 6.1.1 The WPD shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the Schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the WPD.
