DISJUNCTION Clause Samples
A disjunction clause establishes that multiple conditions or requirements are presented as alternatives, meaning that satisfying any one of them is sufficient to meet the clause's obligations. In practice, this clause is often used to provide flexibility, such as allowing a party to deliver either a product or a service, or to comply with one of several regulatory standards. The core function of a disjunction clause is to offer options, thereby accommodating different circumstances and reducing the risk of breach by permitting alternative methods of compliance.

The failure of the parties to reach agreement on a replacement provision shall neither affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement nor the validity of the valid or enforceable part of any provision held partly invalid, which provision shall take effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
