Dishonour fees. The Tenant must reimburse the Landlord on demand for any dishonour fee or other charge the Landlord incurs as a result of any cheque or direct debit being dishonoured.
Dishonour fees. (a) Dishonour fees will be incurred by you. A maximum of two (2) dishonour Payments will be accepted by us. In circumstances where there are more than two (2) dishonoured Payments, we will terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 9.2.
