Common use of Discussion Forums Clause in Contracts

Discussion Forums. As part of the Beta Program, You may have the ability to participate in discussion forums provided by BNEA about the Beta Game and other Confidential Information that BNEA may make available to You. For purposes of such discussion forums, BNEA is providing a limited exception to Section 7 of these Beta Program Terms by allowing You to discuss certain BNEA Confidential Information received by You in connection with Your participation in the Beta Program, in the BNEA designated discussion forum for such Beta Game, and only within such discussion forum. Except for the limited purpose of discussions with BNEA and other authorized participants within such forums, You acknowledge and agree that these Beta Program Terms do not grant You the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any BNEA Confidential Information.
