Discussion Forums. As part of the Seeding Program, You may have the ability to participate in discussion forums provided by Apple about the Pre-Release Software and other Confidential Information that Apple may make available to You. For purposes of such discussion forums, Apple is providing a limited exception to Section 6 by allowing You to discuss certain Apple Confidential Information received by You in connection with a particular seed with other seed participants who are in the same seed as You in the Apple designated discussion forum for such seed, and only within this discussion forum. Except for the limited purpose of discussions with other seed participants within such forums, You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not grant You the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any Apple Confidential Information.

For purposes of such discussion forums, Apple is providing a limited exception to Section 6 by allowing you to discuss certain Apple Confidential Information received by you in connection with a particular seed with other seed participants who are in the same seed as you in the designated discussion forum for such seed, and only within this discussion forum. Except for the limited purpose of discussions with other seed participants within such forums, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any Apple Confidential Information.
Discussion Forums. As part of the Beta Program, You may have the ability to participate in discussion forums provided by BNEA about the Beta Game and other Confidential Information that BNEA may make available to You. For purposes of such discussion forums, BNEA is providing a limited exception to Section 7 of these Beta Program Terms by allowing You to discuss certain BNEA Confidential Information received by You in connection with Your participation in the Beta Program, in the BNEA designated discussion forum for such Beta Game, and only within such discussion forum. Except for the limited purpose of discussions with BNEA and other authorized participants within such forums, You acknowledge and agree that these Beta Program Terms do not grant You the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any BNEA Confidential Information.

You understand and agree that those forums are accessible by the public and so all posts, suggestions and ideas discussed are also available to the public. CEBAS does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any CEBAS information on such forums.
Discussion Forums. If you use the Discussion Forums on our website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit on a Discussion Forum can be read, collected, or used by other users of the Discussion Forum, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We do not monitor or mask personally identifiable information that may appear on the Discussion Forums, so if you choose to put personal information on a Discussion Forum you do so at your own risk.
Discussion Forums. As part of the Public Beta Software, you have the option to participate in discussion forums provided by CEBAS. You understand and agree that those forums are accessible by the public and so all posts, suggestions and ideas discussed are also available to the public. CEBAS does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any CEBAS information on such forums.
Discussion Forums. The main interaction environment happens in discussion forums. There are forums defined by language (English, Spanish, Greek and German). There, users can post a text of their like, starting a new thread or in an existing one. They can also reply to a post (it is similar to posting in an already started thread, but the new contribution is marked explicitly as a reply to another one). There are more social functionalities associated with these forums: users can like and vote (5-stars rank) the contributions of others, they can follow a thread or a user (either receiving notifications in the application or by email). Also, one user may advertise a discussion thread (started by him or not) in social networks like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. To do so, users must have defined their appropriate IDs in the VCoP profile. The image of the person starting the thread is on view. The thread can be rated (5- start) and each of the contributions can be liked and commented upon. The end of the page shows how to incorporate additional comments. It should be noted that, in order to facilitate fluidity of discussion, forums are not moderated by default, though Community Administrators could, at any time, keep in hold (hide) or delete existing posts.

For purposes of such discussion forums, Ubiquiti is providing a limited exception to Section 6 by allowing you to discuss certain Ubiquiti Confidential Information received by you with other participants who received the same Pre-Release Product in Ubiquiti designated discussion forum for such Pre-Release Product, and only within this discussion forum. Except for the limited purpose of discussions permitted herein, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, publish, blog, disclose, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any Ubiquiti Confidential Information.
Discussion Forums. If a training includes a NVIDIA-provided discussion forum, the terms of the Discussion Forum Addendum below apply. PAYMENT. Certain training courses are provided for a fee. In such cases, in consideration for your use of the Software you agree to pay the applicable fees stipulated on the websites of NVIDIA or NVIDIA’s authorized third party partners. Acceptable payment methods are set forth on NVIDIA’s or its third party partners’ websites. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY NVIDIA “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND NVIDIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. NO WARRANTY IS MADE BY NVIDIA ON THE BASIS OF TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF TRADE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
