Discrimination Defined. The Employer and the Union agree there shall be no discrimination against any Employee or applicant because of membership in the Union or lawful activities on behalf of the Union, or because of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disabilities, political affiliation, marital status, medical condition (as defined by applicable law), or veteran status. 188
