Common use of Discretionary/Special Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Discretionary/Special Bonuses. Based upon performance of the Company as reflected by satisfaction of the performance goal listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto, the Company shall pay Executive a bonus in addition to Base Salary in such amount as may be determined by the Board of Directors.
