Common use of Discretionary Bonus Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Bonus Arrangement. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus. The amount of your discretionary bonus, if any, will be determined in the sole discretion of the Company, with an initial target of 35% of your annual base compensation if all individual and Company performance targets, as may be agreed from time-to-time, are achieved. The bonus will be based upon management's subjective view of a combination of (i) your individual contribution to the Company and, (ii) the overall performance of the Company.
