Common use of Discrepancies and Omissions Clause in Contracts

Discrepancies and Omissions. 5.5.1 No inaccuracies, errors, misstatements, omissions, discrepancies, defective or incomplete descriptions, contradictions or ambiguities in or between any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any information or instructions communicated or given by ISR to Consultant from time to time, shall constitute grounds for ending the provision of the Services, for relieving or releasing Consultant of any of its responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities pursuant to this Agreement, for cancellation or termination of this Agreement by Consultant or for withdrawal from the Services.
