Common use of Discovery Activities Clause in Contracts

Discovery Activities. Each Party shall perform the Discovery Activities assigned to such Party in the Discovery Work Plan (including by providing FTEs in accordance with Section 3.1.5(i)), and shall do so in accordance with the Discovery Work Plan (including the budget set forth therein, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof (the “Discovery Budget”)) by allocating sufficient time, effort, equipment, and skilled personnel to complete such Discovery Activities successfully and promptly.
