Common use of Discounted Purchases Clause in Contracts

Discounted Purchases. Each Lender acknowledges that, commencing with the date that is three months after the Syndication Termination Date, each Co-Borrower is an Eligible Assignee hereunder and may purchase Term Loans hereunder from Lenders from time to time pursuant to a Discounted Purchase in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 11.04 hereof), subject to the restrictions set forth in the definitions of “Discounted Purchase” and “Eligible Assignee” and the following limitations:
