Common use of Disclosures in Periodic Reports Clause in Contracts

Disclosures in Periodic Reports. The Partnership will disclose in its Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, as applicable, the number of Units sold through the Managers under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Partnership and the compensation paid by the Partnership with respect to sales of Units pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant period.

The Partnership will disclose in its Annual Reports on Form 10-K and K, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, as applicableand in any other filings made by the Partnership where the Commission may require the Partnership to disclose such information, the number of Units sold to or through the Managers under this Agreement, the Net Proceeds to the Partnership and the compensation paid by the Partnership with respect to sales of Units pursuant to this Agreement during the relevant periodquarter.
