Common use of Disclosure of Sources of Repayment Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Sources of Repayment. If and to the extent any repayment on account of any Advance (including interest thereon) is to be made by way of a direct transfer of funds from outside of the United States of America to the Bank, then the Company shall deliver to the Bank a notice, setting out the sources of such payment, concurrently therewith, such notice to include any information reasonably required by the Bank with respect to funds originating from abroad.
