Disclosure of Future Product-Specific Patent Rights. Upon becoming aware of any potentially patentable invention Controlled by Voyager that would, if patented, be included within the definition of SMA Product-Specific Patent Rights with respect to any SMA Licensed Product or HD Product-Specific Patent Rights with Respect to any HD Licensed Product, Voyager will promptly disclose such invention to Genzyme in writing in reasonable detail.
