Disclosure of Confidential Information. (a) Each of SKYC, FDH and the Shareholders acknowledges and agrees that it may receive Confidential Information in connection with this Transaction including without limitation, the FDH Disclosure Schedule and any information disclosed during the due diligence process, the public disclosure of which will harm the disclosing party’s business. The Receiving Party may use Confidential Information only in connection with the Transaction. The results of the due diligence review may not be used for any other purpose other than in connection with the Transaction. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall not disclose Confidential Information to anyone without the Disclosing Party’s prior written consent. The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable measures to avoid disclosure, dissemination or unauthorized use of Confidential Information, including, at a minimum, those measures it takes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. The Receiving Party shall not export any Confidential Information in any manner contrary to the export regulations of the governmental jurisdiction to which it is subject.

Disclosure of Confidential Information. The Receiving Party may use Confidential Information only in connection with the Transaction. The results of the due diligence review may not be used for any other purpose other than in connection with the Transaction. The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable measures to avoid disclosure, dissemination or unauthorized use of Confidential Information, including, at a minimum, those measures it takes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. The Receiving Party may use Confidential Information only in connection with the Transaction. The results of the due diligence review may not be used for any other purpose other than in connection with the Transaction. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall not disclose Confidential Information to anyone without the Disclosing Party’s 's prior written consent. The results of the due diligence review may not be used for any other purpose other than in connection with the Transaction. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall not disclose Confidential Information to anyone without the Disclosing Party’s 's prior written consent. The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable measures to avoid disclosure, dissemination or unauthorized use of Confidential Information, including, at a minimum, those measures it takes to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature. The Receiving Party shall not export any Confidential Information in any manner contrary to the export regulations of the governmental jurisdiction to which it is subject.

Disclosure of Confidential Information. (a) Each of SKYCUTVG, FDH SLB and the Shareholders acknowledges and agrees that it may receive Confidential Information in connection with this Transaction including without limitation, the FDH SLB Disclosure Schedule and any information disclosed during the due diligence process, the public disclosure of which will harm the disclosing party’s 's business. The Receiving Party may use Confidential Information only in connection with the Transaction. The results of the due diligence review may not be used for any other purpose other than in connection with the Transaction. The Receiving Party may use Confidential Information only in connection with the Transaction.
