Common use of Disclosure Notification Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Notification. Tenant shall immediately advise Landlord in writing of, and provide Landlord with a copy of (i) any written notices of violation or potential or alleged violation of any Hazardous Material Laws which are received by Tenant from any governmental agency concerned with Tenant’s or the Tenant Parties Environmental Activities, (ii) any and all written inquiry, investigation, enforcement, clean-up, removal or other governmental or regulatory actions instituted or threatened relating to the Land; (iii) all claims made by any third party or threatened by any governmental entity against Tenant or the Land relating to any Hazardous Materials, and (iv) any release of any Hazardous Materials on or about the Land, Buildings or Improvements which Tenant through its officers, directors, general managers and other managers of Tenant’s use upon the Land, Buildings and Improvements know of or reasonably believe may have occurred.
