Common use of Disclosure in Writing Clause in Contracts

NCSU and Licensee agree that any information to be treated as confidential information under this Article 12 must be disclosed in writing or in another tangible medium and must be clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL”. Information disclosed orally must be summarized and reduced to writing and communicated to the other party within 30 days of such disclosure.
