Disclaimer Required. Subrecipient shall include a disclaimer on all public information releases issued pursuant to this Contract stating that the funds for this Project or any Program are provided by Subrecipient and the Texas General Land Office through HUD’s CDBG Program.
Disclaimer Required. Each policy issued to a large commercial policyholder pursuant to this section must include a disclaimer with language similar to the following: "The contract provisions, rates and rating plans provided for in this policy are exempt from the filing and approval requirements of the Bureau of Insurance."
