Common use of Disclaimer of Reliance Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer of Reliance. Neither the Metal Lender nor the Customers have relied on any oral representations concerning any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement or any of the Security Documents in entering into the same. Each party acknowledges and agrees that none of the officers of any other party has made any representations that are inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Security Documents, and no party has relied on any oral promises or representations in connection therewith.
