Disciplinary Code. The disciplinary code is the establishment of a formal framework for disciplinary action. It sets out rules and regulations with which employees are required to comply. The code is based on the following principles: 3.1 The right of management to take disciplinary steps against any employee who acts in a manner conflicting with the interest of the company. 3.2 The company recognises the differences between warning offences and dismissible offences. 3.3 The company recognises the right of the employee to appeal against any disciplinary measure considered unjust or unfair.
