Common use of Discharge Clause in Contracts

Discharge. The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation release and discharge this Indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), on all the Debentures and all other monies payable hereunder have been paid or satisfied or that all the Debentures having matured or having been duly called for redemption, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures and of all other monies payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.

The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation release and discharge this Note Indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), ) upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), on all the Debentures Notes and all other monies or other consideration payable hereunder have been paid or satisfied or that that, all the Debentures Notes having matured or having been duly called for redemptionmatured, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures Notes and of on all other monies or other consideration payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Discharge. The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation Trust release and discharge this Indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation Trust from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), on all the Debentures and all other monies payable hereunder have been paid or satisfied or that all the Debentures having matured or having been duly called for redemption, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures and of all other monies payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Discharge. The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation release and discharge this Indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), on all the Debentures and all other monies payable hereunder have been paid or satisfied or that all the Debentures having matured matured, converted or having been duly called for redemption, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures and of all other monies payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Discharge. The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation Company release and discharge this Indenture indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation Company from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), ) on all the Debentures and all other monies moneys payable hereunder have been paid or satisfied or that all the Debentures having matured or having been duly called for redemption, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures and of all other monies moneys payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.

Discharge. The Trustee shall at the written request of the Corporation release and discharge this Indenture and execute and deliver such instruments as it shall be advised by Counsel are requisite for that purpose and to release the Corporation from its covenants herein contained (other than the provisions relating to the indemnification of the Trustee), upon proof being given to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee that the principal of, premium (if any) and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any), on all the Debentures and all other monies payable hereunder have been paid paid, satisfied or satisfied delivered or that all the Debentures having matured or having been duly called for redemption, payment of the principal of and interest (including interest on amounts in default, if any) on such Debentures and of all other monies payable hereunder has been duly and effectually provided for in accordance with the provisions hereof.
