Common use of Discharge Only upon Payment in Full; Reinstatement in Certain Circumstances Clause in Contracts

Discharge Only upon Payment in Full; Reinstatement in Certain Circumstances. The Company’s obligations hereunder shall remain in full force and effect until the Commitments shall have terminated and the principal of and interest on the Loans, the Reimbursement Obligations and all other amounts payable by the Company and each Eligible Subsidiary under this Agreement shall have been paid in full. If at any time any payment of the principal of or interest on any Loan or any other amount payable by any Eligible Subsidiary under this Agreement is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Eligible Subsidiary or otherwise, the Company’s obligations hereunder with respect to such payment shall be reinstated at such time as though such payment had been due but not made at such time.

The Company’s Each Guarantor's obligations hereunder shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of the date on which the Commitments shall have terminated and the principal of and interest on the Loans, the Reimbursement Obligations Notes and all other amounts payable by the Company and each Eligible Subsidiary Companies under this Agreement or any other Financing Document shall have been paid in full. If at any time any payment of the principal of or interest on any Loan Note or any other amount payable by any Eligible Subsidiary Company under this Agreement or any other Financing Document is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Eligible Subsidiary such Company or otherwise, the Guarantor's obligations with respect to such Company’s 's obligations hereunder with respect to such payment shall be reinstated at such time as though such payment had been due but not made at such time.

If at any time any payment of the principal of or interest on any Loan or Letter of Credit Liability of any Eligible Subsidiary or any other amount payable by any Eligible Subsidiary under this Agreement is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Eligible Subsidiary or otherwise, the Company’s 's obligations hereunder with respect to such payment shall be reinstated at such time as though such payment had been due but not made at such time.

If at any time any payment of the principal of or interest on any Loan or any other amount payable by any Eligible Subsidiary other Borrower under this Agreement is rescinded or must be otherwise restored or returned upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of any Eligible Subsidiary such Borrower or otherwise, the Company’s obligations hereunder with respect to such payment shall be reinstated at such time as though such payment had been due but not made at such time.
