Discharge Before Redemption or Maturity. If the Company deposits with the Trustee money or securities as described in, and in accordance with the provisions of, the Indenture sufficient to pay at redemption or maturity principal of and interest on the outstanding Bonds, and if the Company also pays all other sums then payable by the Company under the Indenture, the lien of the Indenture will be discharged. After discharge, Bondholders must look only to the deposited money and securities for payment.
