Common use of Disbursements of MCC Funding Clause in Contracts

Disbursements of MCC Funding. MCC shall from time to time make disbursements of MCC Funding (each such disbursement, an “MCC Disbursement”) to a Permitted Account or through such other mechanism agreed by the Parties under and in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in Annex I, the Disbursement Agreement or as otherwise provided in any other relevant Supplemental Agreement.

MCC shall from time to time make disbursements of MCC Funding (each such disbursement, an “MCC Disbursement”) to a Permitted Account or through such other mechanism agreed by the Parties under and in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in Annex Ia Supplemental Agreement to be entered into by MCC, FOMILENIO and the Government (or a mutually acceptable Government Affiliate) setting forth the specific terms and conditions of MCC Disbursements and Re- Disbursements and the procurement policies and procedures for the Program (the “Disbursement Agreement or as otherwise provided in any other relevant Supplemental Agreement”).
