Disbursement of the COF Grant. Within 90 days after the Performance Date, the Company will deliver the Final Performance Report. Through this report, the Company will provide notice and evidence satisfactory to the Locality, the Authority and VEDP of the amount of Capital Investments made or caused to be made and retained, and the number of New Jobs created and Maintained, by the Company as of the Performance Date. The Final Performance Report will be subject to verification by the Locality and VEDP. Upon such verification, the amount of the COF Grant proceeds to be disbursed to the Company, if any, shall be determined as follows:
