Common use of Disbursement Generally Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Generally. DLCD will disburse the Grant Funds as reimbursement for eligible costs incurred to produce Products in carrying out the Project, up to the amount provided in Section 3, and subject to the timelines and limits for each Task, as specified in Exhibit A. Grantee may request a reimbursement after completion of a Product. Reimbursements will be made by DLCD within 30 days of DLCD’s approval of a request for reimbursement. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, during the period specified in Section 1, in performance of the Project and that are not excluded from reimbursement by DLCD, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.
