Common use of Disbursement Authorization Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Authorization. The Company shall have delivered to CITBC all information necessary for CITBC to issue wire transfer instructions on behalf of the Company for the initial and subsequent loans and/or advances to be made under this Financing Agreement including, but not limited to, disbursement authorizations in form acceptable to CITBC.

Disbursement Authorization. The Company Borrower shall have delivered to CITBC all information necessary for CITBC to issue wire transfer instructions on behalf of the Company Borrower for the initial and subsequent loans and/or advances to be made under this Financing Agreement including, but not limited to, disbursement authorizations in form acceptable to CITBC.

Disbursement Authorization. The Company Companies shall have delivered to CITBC all information necessary for CITBC to issue wire transfer instructions on behalf of each of the Company Companies for the initial and subsequent loans and/or advances to be made under this Financing Agreement including, but not limited to, disbursement authorizations in form acceptable to CITBC.
